Sika® Igasol® BC

Rubberized Bitumen Based Coating

Sika® Igasol® BC is a brown-black rubberized bitumen liquid emulsion with excellent adhesion, which dries to a tough, seamless, flexible coating for concrete structures.

Stored properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures  +5 °C between +35°C.

0,25 – 0,50 kg/m2 per coat, (applied in 2 – 3 coats)
Application steps

SUBSTRATE QUALITY

Substrate must be uniform, dry, free of dust, oil or grease and loose or friable particles. Substrate must be dry.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Hot and very dry, porous concrete surfaces must be primed by diluting Sika® Igasol® BC with clean water at 1:1 ratio (by weight)
