職務概要：

  • 需要と供給のバランスを考えた在庫管理及び生産計画の作成 

  • SLOB（滞留在庫）・有効期限切れ在庫の最小化 

  • MRP関連のMaterial Masterの設定、 

  • フォーキャストのレビューと定期的な安全在庫の計算やアップデート 

具体的な業務内容：

  • SAPを使用し需要予測および実受注をベースに月次・週次の生産計画を立案 

  • 最大のパフォーマンスと最小の遅延を確保するための運用の計画を優先順位付け 

  • 問題が発生した時に対処し、混乱を最小限に抑える 

  • 滞留在庫の分析・報告 / 有効期限切れ・廃番による廃棄の削減 

  • 在庫日数と製造スケジュールを管理しながら、変化する月次・週次計画への対応 

  • SAPのMaterial Master Dataのメンテナンス 

  • 生産プロセスや生産設備を理解し、Capacityを効率よく使用する 

  • 安全在庫を計算し、適正な在庫管理を行う

Your expertise - Our strength

  • SAPを使用し、サプライプランナーとして3～5年の経験 

  • MS OfficeおよびERPシステムに関する実用的知識 

  • 問題解決力 

  • コミュニケーション能力 

  • 日本語ビジネスレベル以上
